I like my regen set at 50%. The HP varies depending on the track and my comfort level. If the track is slippery, or if I want to carry the momentum, I set it lower to 40 hp. If the traction and the confidence are high, I can run it at 50 hp or higher on the very same track.

I wouldn't worry and pay what they are asking, if you want the bike. Stark Future is not strapped for cash, they are not going bankrupt, they have asked for full payments in the past, and it appears that they are once again offering delivery scheme bypassing the dealer delivery.
