Flat Track Day at Mohave Valley Raceway, AZ

Featuring: Riders: @Philip, @DonCox, Kenny Roberts, Dante D’Ambruoso Eddie Lawson with a go-kart Don had a proper flat-track rear tire on his YZ conversion. I brought three bikes: an SMR on stock 17" Pirellis, an MXR on soft-terrain Kendas, and another MXR on intermediate Bridgestones X30. The...

    Dealership delivery

I finally got a VIN from Stark Future! I am picking up my bike from GO AZ Peoria. Not the best experience, with lots of delays, and a ridiculous $499 doc fee. But I found a way to save some money. I will be joining the Stark owners soon! :ricky:

    Flat Track - Stark Varg

An awesome build! What are the diameters and widths of those rims? We have somewhat of a local vintage flat track club here in Havasu with a few of the retired world champions (Kenny Roberts and others). I might need to build myself a flat track bike too! :)

AMA and Electric Motorcycles in AMA races

Below is the Open-E class race at Daytona that Don just mentioned. There were only 3 entrants. Their two 10-minute races start at the 40-minute mark and at the 4h 5min mark. The track looks so much fun!!! I wish I could also enter and race there! Maybe one year I will.

Arctic Leopard E-XE 880 Electric Dirt Bike

Feel free to start a new thread anywhere you see fit. New threads are always welcomed. We have some threads about the CR-E in the Production Intent e-Motorcycles subforum. but they are really old. It is not our fault but Honda's. They are taking way too long to produce an electric dirt bike...

Arctic Leopard E-XE 880 Electric Dirt Bike

And this company is doing it right -- they hired pro riders and went racing. Mad respect to them. Now they just need to race some motocross or supercross and offer a brake upgrade and an optional brand-name suspension that suspension shops can work with.

Arctic Leopard E-XE 880 Electric Dirt Bike

Wow, is this thing real? A full-size dirt bike with great power/weight/battery specs! An electronic clutch/LHRB. Other than the non-name suspension and brakes, all other specs are better than the Alta and rival the Stark. https://www.arcticleopard.com/shop/exc880-enduro-6#attr= We do not even...

how to put the bike on a stand without help from others

This was my default method when I was shorter. Except my right hand was grabbing not the rim at the top but the spokes at the front of the wheel. This way you get better leverage and can lift the bike higher with less effort.

how to put the bike on a stand without help from others

I use wheel triangles most of the time, indoors and outdoors. I like them because they are easy to use and do not take up any room. I hang them onto a footpeg when the bike is secured inside my motovan or is sitting on a bike stand. The only easier way to park a bike is using a kickstand...

    Dust Moto

The idea of a smaller-than-standard bike is the one that made me hesitate the most. On the one hand, I do not want another 7/8 bike. On the other hand, I always thought that the 125cc was always too big of a bike for the available power, and the 85cc - 150cc was too small of a bike for me. Dust...

    Varg spring rates ?

Yeah, new forks cannot be judged until after they break in. It sounds like Stark has nailed the spring rates for me. Woods riders think the rates are too stiff, and faster MX riders think they are not stiff enough. Nobody is complaining about the front/rear balance. Very good! I am hoping to...

Can you have too many electric bikes?

Once the AI figures this out, this forum will be in trouble. On the flip side though, we won't have problems justifying buying more bikes anymore.
