Battery HV & LV extension cables

@snydes has noticed that you can bring another battery close to the left side of a bike with its battery still installed and switch the cables from the bike's battery to the other battery. They are long enough.

24 Hours of Starvation Ridge in WA -- October 26 & 27, 2019 (new dates)

Done. I have also moved the three 24-hour threads from the Racing sub-forum into the Regional sub-forum, and created thread links from Racing. While these events are racing, I think we are using them primarily as local social events with opportunities to meet, ride, and have fun together. One...

Rad Shrouds are murder on my knees

Definitely. And I would pay extra for the Adobe Illustrator file too, so that I could take it to the company who designed the rest of my graphics kit.

Rad Shrouds are murder on my knees

Yep. I too will be ditching the shrouds as soon as I apply some vinyl on the aluminum frame. It's a real pleasure to ride without them. The bike feels narrow and super easy to hold, better than any motorcycle I have ever ridden.

Which part should I install first...?

I would be the crank with its heavy flywheels, I heard it can help with traction on the Alta.

    Error while charging

I would solder a copper wire instead of aluminum. IMO, there is no need to fuse the battery on both the positive side and the negative side. One aluminum fuse is enough, and it will blow, if need be. I have not heard any arguments to the contrary.
