It is a 2009 CRF450 fender. Why would it perform any differently on an Alta? Mine works fine. Check the four bolts of the mounting bracket that holds the front of the fender.

I just realized that this advice is coming from a guy who installed a 14-tooth front sprocket to make his 4th gear usable. Good job figuring this out, BTW!

Cone valve forks, but an original MXR rear shock. LHRB with the rear brake pedal still retained. The sticker on the steering column says Alta MXR 2018.

You could buy two MXRs and hide the second one somewhere in a swamp half-way. They are waterproof, you know. ;)

Under a heavy load (WOT, Map 4) the MXR battery works better than the MX battery. It does not overheat, and the software does not start limiting your power with ~20% of the charge still remaining. So, in this sense, the MXR has a longer range. But in all other maps and under partial throttle...

Mark, the 690 has a single piston rear caliper. Was yours from some big KTM Adventure or 950 SM perhaps?
