Hey Philip, I'm looking into a DIY LHRB setup, scrounging up parts now. I'm wondering if you were able to increase the braking on your setup? I'd like to be able to lock up the rear wheel with the front brake lever, and don't want to get into replacing calipers/rotors with custom/fabbed parts...

I'm sure this issue is not related to your situation, but my fast charger fan was not working when I recieved it new in the box. I was afraid the charger was not charging, but it was when I tested it. Opened it up and discovered the power supply wires to the fan were severed, soldered them back...

Thanks for all the great info in this thread guys. Yesterday I put together an adapter cord so I can use my fast charger on 110 circuits. Also learned a bit about adapters during the process and updated two of my old generator cords with Nema 14 30 plugs so I can use them with my new generator...

Unfortunately my health (nothing life threatening) has been up and down lately, so hard for me to predict when I'll have enough energy to get out trail riding.
