Yes they can log onto your bike and see what's happening. They might ask for pictures or videos describing the issue, then if they need more information they'll schedule a video call with you. You'll likely end up receiving new parts by mail (or you can ask to send them to a dealer if you prefer).

Of course, that's the definition for A1 motorcycles than can be ridden with A1 licence as their name implies. I still don't get your point or how this contradicts my initial answer?

Not sure what you mean, by definition any motorcycle homologated L3e-A1 can be ridden with A1 licence (125cc license, <11 kW, 15 hp). Then L3e-A2 with A2 licence (<35 kW, 47 hp) and L3e-A3 with A3 aka A licence (full power).
