I would try Rashid's suggestion regarding the SM maps. These maps have very mallow regeneration in maps 1 and 2, so you don't have to feed power the entire time, the bike cruise / flows much better. It is also better for single tracks btw.

The bright side is that this kind of terrain & riding is very conservative on the battery. Slow technical trails, even with many climbs, does not stress the battery. Speed is the main battery range enemy.

Sounds like you're ready. Perhaps soften the suspension. I have the EX's 4cs which is great for Enduro. I think the MXR's suspension is stiffer and tuned for motocross.

I'd install a closed hand guard set (I use Cycra). Suitable tires - the stock "6 days extreme" are good for that. They just don't last long. Take off the rear fender with the lights and license number.

I visited an e-moto track in Austria (I think it was called Area 51), they used the previous version of the Freerides, but limited their power, so even at full throttle, you couldn't jump it. But I am sure it prevented many injuries.

Very interesting. Thanks again for sharing. How did you find the Osets (quality wise)? I own a Oset 24, and was quite disappointed (quality wise - motor and such). I guess the EM Escapes were hassle free.

Updated to the latest inverter fw, but the error is still there. I can hear the pump working, and the bike is fine. No errors on the dash board. Same with your bike?

Mine (EX 2018) also flag the pump error. It seems to work just fine. I've been told to ignore it by the Alta expert. Bike rides just fine.
