Please let us know if you do the real life experiment and find you get more distance out of the bike with different gearing. I'd assume your races times on the same track would be similar or slightly improved.
Yea it seems this is the case. From what I'm seeing there are North American customers with vins and shipment before EU customers even when they have paid after them. We see this especially with some UK customers that paid super early and are still waiting.
I asked stark why some customers had...
That you paid as late as mid Feb and have a VIN makes no sense to me. I have no idea how Stark are assigning VINs and deliveries.
Do you have a youtube channel or tens of thousands of followers on social media :D
Looks good. Thanks for sharing pics. I pressure wash my bikes cause I'm lazy, even though I know it can be bad for pushing dirt places it shouldn't go. So having something like this seems a good idea.
it's 100% bait. No way they can deliver bikes to people the same week that my bike is now to be delivered, that I ordered over 3 months ago.
I guarantee anyone who orders now will immediately see that date pushed back to August or worse.
That's the biggest inconsistency. Why your date is moved forward while others that paid 2 months before you are still getting pushed back. If it was regional it would make sense but it seems completely random.
My bike was supposed to be Feb 10 after I paid in full in the first days of Jan, now its pushed back again to May without communication, and questions get the same AI generic response.
Which is strange, because you paid in full on the 18th of february. We have people in here that paid in full in December who have not received a VIN and have delivery date later than you.
That sucks man. I've noticed other people on here that have paid after me have gotten VIN's and early delivery dates too. Even someone that paid as late as February!
I'm not sure anything like that exists in the app (yet). There are wifi enabled power plugs that I used to turn on heat in a few rooms at home remotely when I've been away with no heating on in the house. If there is wifi at your storage place you'd be able to turn it on remotely a few hours...
Here's a wild idea for anyone willing to experiment. Reverse the throttle action such that a whiskey throttle actually closes the throttle. You'd have to roll it forward to accelerate though and it would be tough fighting years of muscle memory :D
I paid around the 10th of Jan, ordered release date and haven't got a VIN yet. so strange, they seems to be prioritising vins for some regions like to US for insurance etc.
I think I'd use the wolf head handle to open bottles more often than I'd use it to chop and clear trails. And that's a really expensive bottle opener.
As Chaconne mentioned, a foldable handsaw would be more useful, safer to carry and weigh less.
He is wrong. My bike is not marked as produced or shipped (estimate is 29th April) and I have been getting the weekly update.
The weekly update is just a generic message anyway. But its better than nothing.
