Bikes are getting delivered sooner than advertise dates on web/account guys, good news... for the last month ETA was 25 august now id 25 june... (at least for europe) mine was 5 may now is 25 april

Which is strange, because you paid in full on the 18th of february. We have people in here that paid in full in December who have not received a VIN and have delivery date later than you.

My bike was supposed to be Feb 10 after I paid in full in the first days of Jan, now its pushed back again to May without communication, and questions get the same AI generic response.

Only puzzling thing is that the Barcelonès are not getting their bike sooner.

If you ever tried to organize any logistics, not to mention the whole EU and the World, you wouldn't be wondering at the delays.

The problem is communication. They said customers would be in a queue and could secure a spot by paying in full by a certain date after pre order. This clearly is not the case. I ordered on announcement day and paid a week later and still don’t even have a VIN.

It’s quite clear there are other factors at play and it would be nice for them to be honest and transparent about what’s going on. This is now the 4th time my date and others have been pushed and at this point I have 0 confidence they can even commit to the new date given. It will likely get pushed again. I would be a lot more understanding if they were simply communicating this better instead of ignoring it completely.

my date has been brought forward, maybe yours will too. I paid full Feb 18

That's the biggest inconsistency. Why your date is moved forward while others that paid 2 months before you are still getting pushed back. If it was regional it would make sense but it seems completely random.

I've spoken to them, and they told me that my bike is literally the first, along with my best friend's, to be sent to my island, the Canary Islands. We bought them at the exact same time, and maybe they're sending us a special shipment so they can divide the bikes into different regions. I don't know. Maybe that's why they moved forward my delivery date along with my friend, he got the same as me

Yeah now it's estimated for May 11th if you order today.
6 weeks is about what you could expect for the MX (more like 8 weeks lately) which suggests they've overcome some kind of issue, hopefully deliveries start moving forward instead of backward.

Not all in Germany are happy :-(.

I ordered 02.01.2025 and paid full on 06.01.2025. delivery shifted multiple times. Yesterday from 31.03. to 30.04… now it affects the season. My biggest complain is the bad/wrong communication.

YouTuber receives the bike even earlier than announced!!! This is sad.

Anyhow, still looking forward to receive it.

Hey! Which suspension setting did you go for? I’ve got the exact same delivery dates and I’m from Germany. Ordered on 03/01/2025 and paid in full on 11/01/2025. I chose the medium suspension, and it seems like the other two options are on schedule — except for the medium one. No VIN yet, but I got the email in february saying "Your Varg has been produced."
