The white tab is a locking pin, should be able to pull up on that. And underneath that is a black tab which you can push on and pull up. Easier way to get to that is to remove the deltawing plastic from the bulkhead.

Back in production days we made a fixture which held the kickstand leg vertical and then allowed us to use an arbor press to push down the foot into the leg...that Trail tech foot was the replacement for the silver KTM one which was discontinued I believe.

There was an update that was rolled into the RBH (rear bulkhead) which rectified this issue and a few other updates to the R bulkhead for suspension/shock clearance.

Pack firmware lives in the battery. The pack type is in the BCU. So if you swapped batteries, you would not have an issue there. You may have to do a firmware reflash/retime but wasnt really an issue with the controller. Riding between an A pack bike and an R pack bike numerous times, rarely...

Its a bit more than just a main vehicle harness change. The HV harness within the inverter needs to be swapped. Along with that HVIL (High Voltage interlock) on the A packs is designed differently than the R pack. That needs to be swapped. The inverter has to be removed out of the bike to...

So the x4 items you need to put together the kickstand from liquid. FYI you also need the kickstand harness if you want the kickstand to also work with the vehicle. Otherwise its a mechanical leg. Also 2901938-00 - SCREW, M4X12, HEX SOCKET HEAD CAP - is meant for securing the kickstand sensor...

The foot can be acquired off of Rocky Mountain MC (KTM foot, superceded by a differently molded foot). Bearing grease...welp thats not a big deal. The hardware pieces...I may have a few sets.

There is a beige connector which plugs the display into the main vehicle harness. From there the mechanical disconnect is off of the headlight bracket.
