In the VIN String of 17 Characters there unfortunately is no indicator of MFG month. Year absolutely. Some auto manufacturers have weird configs for there VIN strings. This is the general identifier for VIN strings:

That would require a FW update on the VIN. Also you need to have the necessary HW and thermal pads for the OBC. Along with specific Delta wing for the OBC. Better option is a spare dccp or confirming it is the DCCP

Code 103 is related to charging...Have you been able to charge the bike before? Is the GCFI switched on correctly on the charger?

VIN number and type of bike will be helpful. Is the error occurring consistently or once in awhile? What is the startup mode?

There is no real advantage. MT was optimized for the Lenovo laptops we had. (Zero did the same way back in the day with Asus Laptops).

Clear the faults in MT using the BCU persistent faults button. Charge to 100 as said earlier.
