The throttle for the EX has a different part number. I assume it's only because the electrical connector is different.

I think the Bluetooth connection between bike and phone(on MX) got better with each app update. It is much more stable than it was originally. Now, 2 taps on the “blank screen” button usually reconnects it.

Several EX owners have reported that the right red button works the same as the left red button. And at least one was able to turn his bike on ONLY with the right red button, because the left red button wasn't working.\ EDIT: However, I think only US bikes came with the right red button.

Everyone should have gotten an MSO. If you didn't I would contact Stark and/or the dealer you purchased from.

Have you tried the red button on the right handlebar? As I understand, it functions the same as the left red button on the EX.

I got my replacement charger and I'm back in bidness! I also had an issue with the docking station. The phone would start charging, then stop. I had just retorqued the handlebars (docking station), and I think it was twisted. After loosening and re-torquing, it seems ok now.

I got my MX in May 2024, with an 18" rear tire. It came with 13-47 sprockets and 114 link chain.

Yes, the water pump runs whenever the bike is turned on, but the radiator fan cycles on and off based on temperature.

I just had the same problem; everything appears to be charging except “Current Charging Power” displays “-kW” I suspected my charger was the problem. I opened a support request with Stark, but they are getting slower, so I took my bike to the closest dealer which is one hour away, and plugged...

I haven't heard of that exact problem, but others have had problems with the switch. I would try some WD-40 to see if that loosens it up. If that doesn't work, contact Stark support.

RV 30 amp plugs are only 120v. You can charge your stark on 120v if you have an adapter. The charger is much faster on 240v.

Yes, you can do that, it’s only supplied to US bikes, because of a legal requirement.

I think it's much heavier that way, but still a big improvement.

Drill bracket and add a bolt to stop the kickstand from swinging too far forward, fixes the length and lean.
