    Varg MX 1.2

I know that in most of Europe we just use 3 fase outlets (400V) for bigger stuff. I have that in my garage for serious equipment. I imagine the double speed charger will have an option for that otherwise no one will really have a use for it.

    Varg MX 1.2

In highway traffic it's far less gain since cars are quite efficient nowadays. However MX bikes closing and opening throtlle every few seconds arn't. Elektrik motors care less about that so there's a huge gain here. And a generator running one constant RPM can be built very efficient since it...

    Varg MX 1.2

Not exactly the same tubes. A whole lott thicker and with reinforcement at the rimlock. Have you tried the new tubes? They actually do last now. The old ones lasted 1-2 days. Had no issue with the new one in the rear though and used it quite a lott.

Button Unit get Stuck with dirt, Varg EX and MX

Only had it once and i do 99% mud and sand. Closed handguards are a good protection since in a crash you don't dig in so deep. Also be spray a lott of PTFE spray all over it, less sand sticking is less sand getting in.

    Varg MX 1.2

I have limited use for a faster charger today as only a few MX tracks here have 12kW charger stations. However i would just buy a bigger generator. My choice for the Varg had nothing to do with the enviroment. However in the time my ICE used 10-15L of fuel my small 4kW charger uses just 2-3L...

Multiple weeks Hard Enduro trip, what to bring?

I have a spare switch with me, but well it might as well have a redundancy feature in the app. And as for the €80 price... Well it's a tad steep but in line with other handlebar switches from other OEM's. And i have to say this one is quite the premium in class. Only managed to destroy one due...

Multiple weeks Hard Enduro trip, what to bring?

I will be looking into that app! I've also found it very stupid that the app isn't a back-up for the handlebar switch. That switch is in a funerable position while breaking it will stop you. With a phone allready having connection i find it hard to see why there isn't an ''emergency'' tab where...

Multiple weeks Hard Enduro trip, what to bring?

I run the stock bashplate wich i have tested rigoureusly. The damping material is a really genious addition. The only bit i'm really worried about is crashing sideways into the rocks and thus breaking the battery. So far they have proven very sturdy, but it's in the back of my mind. Also there...

    Varg MX 1.2

Double range for me all the way. I could live with 10 extra kg's today if it adds 1/3 range. And battery tech is about 10% OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR per year wich actually makes for 159% increase compared to version 1 in 10 years. Double would actually be in 7 or 8 years.

    Stark Varg sidestand bracket

I think it's kind of stupid that we are happy to pay for aftermarket sidestand brackets. It illustrates the point of how bad it is on a further pretty damn good bike.

    Stark Varg sidestand bracket

Shame i only hear about it now. I will leave on a big Enduro trip in a few days and actually ordered an extra OEM right hand motor cover as sparepart. I really like Nice CNC. They make a lott for Beta and everything so far has been top quality and perfect fit. For Chinese stuff they're...

Here is a link. I bought it on Aliexpress so i suspect there will be more sellers out there...

    Stark Varg sidestand bracket

After snapping number x (really i lost count) of the sidestand bracket from both MX/EX i was done with it and ordered some Chinese version. Have to say i'm rather impressed and can recomend it to anyone but @markhamr who will hate it for being 12 gr heavyer 😜 If you people at Stark are...

    Varg MX 1.2

Sad thing you can't order the EX with the MX suspension. 90% of the Enduro stuff we do is demanding MX style suspension. In the Netherlands a lott of our Enduro bikes have retuned suspension for our needs. When people from abroad ride our bikes they're always shocked by how hard they are tuned.

    Varg MX 1.2

Predictable upgrade, but nice nonetheless! @Beagle that 8.6kWh is more like it! That's the edge i need to finish my races. And a 1 hour charger at 7.6 kWh would be great. Now it's little over 2 hours.

The big Stark Varg supermoto information topic

I had roughly the same issue. However just with the bolts. In my case it was rubbing against the adapter bracket wich was quite overengineered so i took 2mm of that. And thanks! My editing skills are also still little, but growing over the past 1,5 season i've been filming.

The big Stark Varg supermoto information topic

I'm an absolute beginner at this but i did it a couple of times now. Only one time with my 17'-17' ContiAttack SM 2 set instead of 21'-19'. Installed a 320mm rotor with just an adapter for the OEM caliper. OEM suspension, but fork compression max stiff. So far i did not overheat the front brake...

    Stark jumpstarter

After watching 2 4 strokes drain their battery yesterday i got an idea. What if the Stark featured an outlet and jumpstarter... The battery is quite big and would need little capacity to jumpstart an ICE bike. Just a little outlet and somewhat big plug as voltage booster would do the trick, see...

Multiple weeks Hard Enduro trip, what to bring?

One of the few sad facts that will be disappearing with E. The glory of a couple of guys talking ''bwaap bwaaaap, prrttt, deng deng deng'' is unmatched :ROFLMAO: And if you want to share some trails that would be very welcome as well. Maybe in private conversation?
