@Theo yep that Idea was never really an option for me as I am not building the Battery myself, I doubt Amorge can do that. with one BMS connected to two battery housings or even worse two bms. In the end the plan was to have it swappable slide in and out from the top. the Plastics and the Tank...

so lets continue.... TX Race Restyle Plastic Kit is awesome: Controller fints just perfect in the Airbox: Cables will be fed through from below through the hole from the Carb Side. Battery still gives me a super hard time... to Fit anything in there the TOP motor Mount Bracket needed to...

@bayodome at least in my situation I have to stick to max 81v battery’s since my x-9000 controller can only handle up to 95v and a fully charged 88v ewatt battery has up to 104v so that crashes the limit there should be a 3sul something and a big fardriver controller that are capable of handling...

Yet another CRF 250 Build but its my first so... ;)

@bayodome I guess we all agree on that one :) we are just fighting for a few milimeters more to squeeze in the maximum power otherwise we wouldn’t be able to jump anything anyways if we have to flintstone that thing :P

this sizes sound exactly like the Electro & Co eg. eonlithium.com 76v 48ah battery. Also tried to test fit that in the 2009 CRF 250 Frame but zero chance would have to cut away way too much from the frame. so 72v will be enough for me I will see what amorge is able to do maybe also an...

@Theo good points I cannot really check the weight distribution upfront as I am not aware of how much the battery will wight in the end and I have to decide for its place before I can find out about the weight... but in general they are something beween 22-35kg I can maybe place something...

Mounting for the Battery I am playing with the idea of doing it out of 8-10mm Carbon sheets cut to size with large bolts going across to the other side with spacers in between. Saw it on a bike that a company here in Germany (https://www.zweiradsport-brunner.de/) build for a customer: (its a...

Thanks for the input @DonCox (y) I choose the EBMX controller mainly for its easy to use userinterface with bluetooth and the app, to not have to carry a laptop to the track to quickly change something although I think once you find the right settings you no longer have to touch it anyways. I...

@Philip they are acutally very sturdy. They look thinner than they are but once in place with the right screws nothing moves even a milimeter. I have no fear letting 33kw dragging on it
