Stark replied to my paperwork request
The CoN was available to download from the website (through the order)
The CoC is “in the post”
The new challenge from Stark is I now need to pay the VAT then claim this back from Stark.
Apparently, although I have already paid Stark for the VAT in Dec, they have not paid the taxman.
I am now checking they have correctly imported the bike, as I need the paperwork from the import to get a tax bill.

Oh, the bike is great…..the Stark Customer Service is not.

I received an email from stark to sign a document about the vat refund. I sent it back, I’m supposed to be refunded around 2.500$ and pay VAT on my own at my tax office

The sticker price included VAT, transport was added on,
I paid Stark £11,549 (£10900 bike and £149 Shipping)
I received a paid invoice from Stark of £9207.50 just before the bike arrived (this is the price minus VAT).
I am waiting for Stark Finance to get back to me to get a refund, and find out how I can pay the VAT myself.
I expect Stark had a limit with HMRC (UK tax office) and have hit this limit.
I just hope the bike was correctly imported, I should then get a bill from the shipping company.
I hope I have not received the bike without the duties and tax being checked/paid, as it is a pain for an individual to do this.

I'm convinced now that bulk USA deliveries are on hold until the trade deal is negotiated. Stark isn't going to unload at our ports until they understand what their new cost structure is going to look like. Only a handful of Youtubers received theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if they try and re price ours once that deal happens.

24XX vin EX delivered today to Norway. Ordered launch date, paid in full 10th of Jan.
Stark sent it 16th of April. Got to me today 5th of May.
I've been asking for weeks for the docs so I can register it. I'll update with how long that takes later.

I'm convinced now that bulk USA deliveries are on hold until the trade deal is negotiated. Stark isn't going to unload at our ports until they understand what their new cost structure is going to look like. Only a handful of Youtubers received theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if they try and re price ours once that deal happens.

No they can't wait for that, large shipment has probably arrived given the number of bikes at US dealers on Cycletrader and Motohunt.

Funny, looks like mine which also has its place on the same 24mx mat - only difference my mat already has a hole worn through from those garage burnouts
