Got mine today, powers up, charging fine but throttle won’t work. Standing in front of the bike it sends the throttle wire plugs into the far right receptacle. Blk on blk right?

there are 2 black clips in the hub, make sure you use the right one, if you follow the video you can't go wrong. Someone uploaded a picture of all the different connections on this site too.
Also make sure you move the bike from neutral to one of the power modes to activate the throttle.

got it. It was in the locked mode on the phone. It’s like a parking brake Is on.

Did you get a call from shipping company telling you the timing? Or did it just show up?

I got a call from No Caller ID number last week saying I’d get another call from shipper this week

Just like you I got one call from an unknown number a few days before actual delivery and then I got another call about 30mins before they were at my house. They do need you to be there and sign.

For me, the first call they left a voicemail with the a callback number. I also got an email from Noatum Logistics with the same info and a tracking number. But the delivery still sucked. The first delivery day was botched, gave me a 4 hour window but the driver didn't show up at all. Then they just changed the tracking to two days later. Showed up after the window that day too so I ended up wasting two full days waiting for them. But was glad to get the bike undamaged even though the box was trashed. I recommend pickup from a dealer or from the shipping terminal yourself, if possible.

Ok, got the bike and it is amazing on my trips around the block. I didn't receive the rear disc guard, anybody get theirs? Also I ordered the titanium kit. Anyone know what's supposed to be titanium? Right now magnet sticks to everything. Sent a email to stark but haven't heard back.

Mine arrived 3 days before eta. Got call 5 days before eta. Another call day before arrival confirming. Mandatory update and everything worked perfectly. I do regret using my Google account for stark website. Had to plugin fido u2f key to arkenstone and enable pin.

I think I just got tracking for it today out of Texas I could be wrong and will know when the package comes because i wasn’t informed by anyone of its contents

I have no idea why it’s possible I said something in the very beginning of my order and forgot or something they are shipping out to certain states. I’m not exactly sure how that came to be. I definitely would like a real horn I can’t even hear the phone when I’m riding and use it LOL supposed to be a real horn that gets mounted

I just asked SAM..seems its VIN specific…my VIN is applicable so I’ll request a kit..thanks

All US bikes should have a physical horn and if you hadn't, you can ask for it and get it free if charge.
