Hi, I ordered the EX with foot brake but I'm not sure I did it right. So if I wanted to change to LH rear break,
there's a conversion kit available on the stark web site (part no: SMX1-BR-RWH2B-KT). Does anybody know
it that is all I need to go from foot to hand brake?

I am looking at the Stark website in the USA, and the rear hand brake kit is this:
SMX1-BR-RWHB-KT
Complete rear hand brake kit (Brembo)
278.90 $

However, I would recommend adding the hand brake and leave the foot brake, so you can have both (costs less, because you already have the caliper).
To do so, there is an adapter you mount in the foot master cylinder that allows you to add the hand master cylinder, and then run a hose from the hand master to the adapter.
The adapters are made by CLAKE or REKLUSE, you can buy from them or racetorx, who has a kit.

This explains how to install it:

There is more info here: RaceTorx dual rear brake kit
And here (starting with post #3): Stark Varg foot or hand brake?
There are more threads, but these should have enough information.
There are youtube videos as well that can be helpful in bleeding, use a syringe, and push the fluid into the caliper bleeder screw.

Thanks for your answers! I'd love to have both braking options but I want it to stay road legal, so I have to check modifications to the brakes with something called "TÜV" (a technical check every road legal vehicle must pass) in germany.
For the records, I also checked the question with stark support, they say parts for the EX wouldn't be available bevor february and the part I mentioned wouldn't fit the EX.

You can also probably change your order if you want to.
I made several changes to my original order during the "waiting period."

tried that, but they say the order couldn't be changed anymore because of state "planned for production"... I paid full in advance and got delivery date March 3rd.
