Racetorx Brake Line Routing

I'm in the middle of installing a dual rear brake system from Racetorx. I'm using the OEM rear brake. I have more brake line than I need ( probably 6-8 inches). Also line routing up from the pedal M/C is running into the rear fender plastics. Anyone else have these kind of issues?

Well I was able to reroute the line to use up most of the excess. I had to trim part of the inner fender for the line coming out of the master cylinder to clear.
