I’ve just seen the release video of the Supermoto and with it a mobile charger that can plug into a normal socket or adapter to a fast charging station !!! Game changer I want one

Be interesting to see what they're asking for it as a standalone item. Would love to have a portable charger for my EX.
IMO the EX should have shipped with this charger instead of the stand.

In the comments of their YouTube video "bending the rules" they have stated that it's compatible with the EX and MX models. Our @Erwin P has asked for confirmation about the compatibility with the MX 1.0 and I think that it is compatible since the part numbers for the chargers of the 1.0 and the 1.2 are the same.
In that video, when they show the adapter for charging stations, it seems to me that it just mates to a common Shucko plug and some people have already shown that this solution works with the standard charger that we have. I guess that we can buy that adapter from them and use it with our standard charger; of course I would want their approval to do so.

Yes i expect it's the same, but i would love confirmation!
type2 adapter to schuko isnt something new - you can buy one on aliexpress for about 15-20$
inside you have diode + 2-3 resistors and thats it, if you ride with friends you can always build custom adapter like TYPE2 to 3x or 6x schuko - with 22kW charging point you can charge 6 bikes simultaneously with full power

Mine is 900€/$.
I doubt it will go on sale before they make and sell a few batches of SM bikes, so likely Spring-Summer 2026.
2.2kg is indeed very light for a 3.3kW charger. The Tiecheng used in the MX/EX stand weighs in at 6.4kg - just the bare unit without cables.
The portable charger also seems to have a small loop in the housing to attach a small cable lock to the bike. Convenient if you charge you bike during lunch out of sight in a public space.

It looks like it cannot sit on the ground, does it somehow clamp on the pegs?

This 3.3 kW charger looks way smaller than the 0.66 kW onboard charger that was intended for the 2025 Husqvarna Pioneer that may never see the light of day.
It should be easy to put onboard next models, may just need to provide access to some air.

Well, the original charger was an off-the-shelf part wrapped in a custom case but this one looks like it's been developed in-house (or at least custom-made).
With electronics, smaller is generally more expensive but one can always hope.
I must say the Varg SM is not really a surprise but I had been wondering about its charger for a while and that's the best solution they could have offered after onboard charger (which would have demanded more design and hardware adaptations and would have translated in less parts in common with the other Vargs).
It would be nice to have the feature to use three of these chargers in parallel to make use of an 11kW charging station in full at less than 2C for the '7.2kWh' battery.
Zero offered that with 1kW chargers. It didn't take off, because these chargers cost €885 + Y-cable at €295. For 4.7kW (4x + onboard), you'd need to spend €4425.
I'd love to have witnessed that meeting, where they decided the pricing.
It'll be easy for Stark Future to compete while gaining trust for their accessory- and spare parts pricing.
