I don't think that's necessarily true. It's a new company with a brand new type of product, I signed up for it knowing there will be growing pains. As long as they can deliver me a correctly working bike, I'm thrilled with it. If not, that's another story, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. This thing's fun
I also think the internet is a poor barometer of the reality of what is really occurring. People who have problems post, folks who don't have problems often don't post. So the information is not really correlated to the actual product results.

Defect rates could be extremely low and my guess is that since Stark is now offering extended warranties that the numbers of defects may be far lower than the internet complaints would indicate. Also, I know of few other companies selling OHVs who offer factory warranties like the Stark and even less offering extended warranties.

Bike returned from the dealer, new power train, no issues so far but I’ve only ridden a few miles on the street. hoping it’s fixed :)

So it took your dealer about 4 weeks to change the power train?
Was it 3 weeks and a half of doing nothing and finally getting to it or did they have to wait that long for spare parts?
Good luck with the new parts!

It took me a week and a half to pick it up and reply here :). Stark had the parts to them within a week and it was fixed within another 4 days. Time will tell if it is truly "fixed" though. I'll update if I have any other issues.
