Which is strange, because you paid in full on the 18th of february. We have people in here that paid in full in December who have not received a VIN and have delivery date later than you.

My bike was supposed to be Feb 10 after I paid in full in the first days of Jan, now its pushed back again to May without communication, and questions get the same AI generic response.

Only puzzling thing is that the Barcelonès are not getting their bike sooner.
If you ever tried to organize any logistics, not to mention the whole EU and the World, you wouldn't be wondering at the delays.

The problem is communication. They said customers would be in a queue and could secure a spot by paying in full by a certain date after pre order. This clearly is not the case. I ordered on announcement day and paid a week later and still don’t even have a VIN.
It’s quite clear there are other factors at play and it would be nice for them to be honest and transparent about what’s going on. This is now the 4th time my date and others have been pushed and at this point I have 0 confidence they can even commit to the new date given. It will likely get pushed again. I would be a lot more understanding if they were simply communicating this better instead of ignoring it completely.

yeah i saw that this morning, this whole last month was August 25th. and this morning i saw June 25, and now says 25 may... WTF
my date has been brought forward, maybe yours will too. I paid full Feb 18

That's the biggest inconsistency. Why your date is moved forward while others that paid 2 months before you are still getting pushed back. If it was regional it would make sense but it seems completely random.
I've spoken to them, and they told me that my bike is literally the first, along with my best friend's, to be sent to my island, the Canary Islands. We bought them at the exact same time, and maybe they're sending us a special shipment so they can divide the bikes into different regions. I don't know. Maybe that's why they moved forward my delivery date along with my friend, he got the same as me

Was a bout to say, just saw the change on the website to the 25th of may. I hope it means we'll all get them a bit sooner, still don't have a VIN, order to poland
Yeah now it's estimated for May 11th if you order today.
6 weeks is about what you could expect for the MX (more like 8 weeks lately) which suggests they've overcome some kind of issue, hopefully deliveries start moving forward instead of backward.

Hey! Which suspension setting did you go for? I’ve got the exact same delivery dates and I’m from Germany. Ordered on 03/01/2025 and paid in full on 11/01/2025. I chose the medium suspension, and it seems like the other two options are on schedule — except for the medium one. No VIN yet, but I got the email in february saying "Your Varg has been produced."
New message from support David, your bike has passed quality control. Next step: It will be packaged and shipped in the next few days. It should arrive before the new estimated date. The delivery date update will be available in your account, and we'll also send you an email informing you.
You are correct. I also ordered medium suspension. If this is the reason, why do they not communicate properly? Then we could decide to change or to wait! Very unsatisfying.

Honestly this really piss me off. Ordered and paid fully 18.12.2024 (VIN4xx - so pretty low). Proposed delivery date 10.feb2025. Then got an email End of feb 2025. Final date was set (with alot of apologies to mid of March 2025). Then without any apologies set to 4.4.2025 but promissed to be shipped before end of March. So I asked yesterday the end of March is comming. The feedback was simle : Hey all the bikes will be shipped in middle of April.
So the summary - if they will start shipping mid of April first bikes, the 4xx bikes will be shipped like late second half of april and will have it in Mai, nearly on the end of best Enduro season in Mid Europe. The best thing is, the guy who ordered it yesterday will get it most probably one week after
I suppose there will be no any official apologies, no discount, no present nothing for the believers who paid fully immediatelly in December.

It's what they call "bait-and-switch", and I have to admit it's working on me.
A few weeks ago the delivery projection was 25. September, which I was reading as November, and the end of the fine weather for 2025. so I was not in a hurry to order.
Now it is saying delivery for 15. May and I'm very tempted to order. Highly unrealistic as this promise may be.
My reason for waiting is to see at least one report from someone using the bike in similar terrain and manner that I intend to use it.
It's too much of a gamble to get what I think is still a Motocross bike for Enduro riding.

it's 100% bait. No way they can deliver bikes to people the same week that my bike is now to be delivered, that I ordered over 3 months ago.
I guarantee anyone who orders now will immediately see that date pushed back to August or worse.
