Yea there needs to be an easier way to swap batteries on the fly. The front two bolts should be replaced with some sort of latch or locking mechanism once lined up. This way the weight of the battery swivels back towards the motor and both long bolts can be installed with little effort needed.

I ran 120/80 MX34 and MX14 without any need to adjust sprockets for what it’s worth.

I am interested, just might wait to see if there is a different iteration for humidity when stored since I live in FL. A water proofing case would be ideal. Also a way to stow the cables inside the housing would be great. This way the cables have added protection.

For whoever has done a motor swap… has stark actually taken back the old motor? I am now stuck with a motor which works but has a bad bearing which I think I could fix and have a back up motor if they never take it back lol

Yes this seems like normal behavior, if there are ever issues just do a hard shutdown. And log out of the app and log back in. This typically clears out any issues related to cache on the phone and addresses communication hiccups to the bike.
