Right, whoever is their supplier for the swing arm needs to rethink their strategy lol. They are adding bare minimum lubricant… and the grease they use is this crappy yellow smelly material which belongs no where near a bike lol.

I can confirm, every joint needs to be re-greased. I took my swing arm off, removed all sleeves for the knuckle and the linkage and it was bone dry with a little nasty yellow grease; it wasn’t packed.

I have not messed around with the chain tension from picking it up at the dealer. But who knows, at least with a brand new motor I can make sure that is not the problem going forward.

Yea I am no expert but it is an observation I have seen so far opening up the power adapter and wireless charging/BT dongle. I am sure with some guidance on how to go about what materials are needed and techniques used I could next time provide photos.

@Chaconne is right, this drain plug is garbage. I did post an alternative which is stainless steal but be careful over torquing. You strip the powertrain drain threads you will have a bigger problem not covered by stark. One thing I did notice is the spacer sleeve for the counter shaft is bone...

They were replacing my bricked adapter, which they sent already, but this photo is a third adapter they sent lol. So now I have two working adapters, one I use with my bike stand, and the other for transportation. Stark is awesome they just hook you up well.
