    2019 mxr fast charger issue

Maybe this is coming too late or you've already found something, but any decent electonics-repair place can at least tell you quickly what's wrong with your original charger, especially with a tip in advance. :) Here's a link to electronics-repair places in Fort Myers, and surely there are many...

Owner's Review Stark Varg - First Customer Review!

The demo bike had a Brembo rear caliper marked 22 8468 & 21 2F to go with the Formula LHRB MC. I've looked but found nothing on the Brembo - it may be a 22mm-piston caliper. :( At some point I'm going to research KTM adventure-bike rear calipers, might get lucky with a 30mm unit that bolts...

Owner's Review Stark Varg - First Customer Review!

It's Formula Brakes. They have catalogs at their site, but I couldn't find the piston size for the FM10109-20 Stark unit above.

Owner's Review Stark Varg - First Customer Review!

Excellent video!! I definitely need to watch it again. It will be so great to be able to adjust the motor / throttle parameters. One thing I might want to do right away is drop the footpegs a bit, looks like a custom bracket might be needed (or maybe there will be an aftermarket solution).

    EX/R Conversion Kit

Liquid has these taillight supports, possibly a recent addition.

Want to buy EX / EXR/SM Lower Headlight Mount

Ancient history maybe, but Liquid now has SM lower headlight mounts in quantity. These are different from the EX/EXR, pics below (MXR on L, SM on RH top, EXR RH bottom) & in eBay listing: The SM and EXR brackets look nearly the same to me except for the fender mounting 'ears' in the middle...

Want to buy Factory Alta left hand rear brake kit

Thanks for the pic, and I agree, probably best to rebuild. That piston and the surrounding area looks truly baked. I believe a 26mm rebuild kit for a '13-'22 KTM 250 SX-F should work, but I've never done it myself so I don't know for sure. It'll be good to get rid of every last drop of burned...

Want to buy Factory Alta left hand rear brake kit

Yes, pretty much. If the wheel's still on the bike w/pads out, see if you can move the LH caliper side/pad holder side-to-side - it should move easily with a greasy feel. If it doesn't (and going from memory)... with the wheel off, I believe I pulled the RH side of both rubber boots off the...

Want to buy Factory Alta left hand rear brake kit

Hey, I've overfilled too, at both ends - I think enough slopped out that I got lucky with the drag thing. Before going to the trouble of rebuilding, I'd check the caliper guide rods for grease - I wouldn't be surprised if it's burnt to a crisp, leaving 'dead-grease glue' on the rods, As long...

Want to buy Factory Alta left hand rear brake kit

Fwiw... while adjusting my R brake I went too far and it dragged a little, but I figured it'd be OK for one ride. Nope! Within 1/2 mile the bike slowed down to a crawl, and I had to stop. :( Pulling up hard on the pedal made enough of a difference so I could ride home, but everything got so...

What is everyone's revised delivery dates?

Wow, outstanding! Like your own personal Press Week. :) Pretty amazing to be a USA 'brand ambassador' for Stark.

Alta MX Cone Valve / Trax Suspension Swap

Imo 10mm shorter should work just fine, and you can always lower the forks slightly if needed - guess I'm repeating myself, sorry about that. :) I prefer more straight-line stability over quicker steering, so for me dropping the rear a bit works well.

    Varg spring rates ?

This spring calculator has helped me out many times, for both straight-rate and progressive springs. I believe most MC springs are chrome silicon for longevity, but I've plugged in all the material types and the results don't change much. The kangaroo bugs me a little. :)

    Varg spring rates ?

If I were Stark, I'd inform all buyers of the spring rates their bikes would be coming with well in advance of delivery. For non-suspension-tuners this would provide critical info for suspension shops down the road, and shock/fork tweakers could advise Stark of their preferences & replace...

    General Varg Beater

+1 ! This would also allow at least the possibility of a charger/temp controller, which would connect to both charging and cooling systems. If it were me I'd look at a Peltier setup, which would allow both cooling and warming for the cold-weather riders. I wonder what charge rate could be...
