The demo bike had a Brembo rear caliper marked 22 8468 & 21 2F to go with the Formula LHRB MC. I've looked but found nothing on the Brembo - it may be a 22mm-piston caliper. :( At some point I'm going to research KTM adventure-bike rear calipers, might get lucky with a 30mm unit that bolts...

It's Formula Brakes. They have catalogs at their site, but I couldn't find the piston size for the FM10109-20 Stark unit above.

Excellent video!! I definitely need to watch it again. It will be so great to be able to adjust the motor / throttle parameters. One thing I might want to do right away is drop the footpegs a bit, looks like a custom bracket might be needed (or maybe there will be an aftermarket solution).

Imo 10mm shorter should work just fine, and you can always lower the forks slightly if needed - guess I'm repeating myself, sorry about that. :) I prefer more straight-line stability over quicker steering, so for me dropping the rear a bit works well.

This spring calculator has helped me out many times, for both straight-rate and progressive springs. I believe most MC springs are chrome silicon for longevity, but I've plugged in all the material types and the results don't change much. The kangaroo bugs me a little. :)

If I were Stark, I'd inform all buyers of the spring rates their bikes would be coming with well in advance of delivery. For non-suspension-tuners this would provide critical info for suspension shops down the road, and shock/fork tweakers could advise Stark of their preferences & replace...

+1 ! This would also allow at least the possibility of a charger/temp controller, which would connect to both charging and cooling systems. If it were me I'd look at a Peltier setup, which would allow both cooling and warming for the cold-weather riders. I wonder what charge rate could be...
