Sounds like Stark may not even know exactly what will and will not be included. A couple clarifications, a SIM card is only needed in their included phone/gauge if you want it to connect to cellular towers. Otherwise it's via wifi which I'm fine with. And you can have the Varg app on any phone...

At this point, if the end product is the same (features, price, etc.) and delivery date is the same, it wouldn't matter to me if Stark was bought out and the bike was produced and backed by one of the big manufacturers. Ha. Better chance of long term support.

No clutch on the Varg. The only offroad EV bikes I know of with a clutch are the race version of that French trials bike (Electric Motion Epure Race) which has not gears but needs it for pop and that new little 4 speed small dirtbike (Time Electric Dirtbike).
