    I kinda remember that some early firmware versions would not report certain faults unless they were really going to cause problems. What the owner doesn’t know won’t hurt them philosophy. The newer versions disclose everything! So the problem(s) probably we’re there all the time.

    Wow, I’d expect at least 100mph with some gearing changes. As Brian mentioned, we hit 95mph (in the 1/4 mile!) with the Grom and it’s the same weight at the Alta (although a somewhat less frontal area).

    Go to pin 3M (positive) and 4M (negative) on the backshell connector on the ACM. Use a power supply that’s limited in amperage, you should only need an amp or two. Of course, proceed at your own risk as there’s no formal procedures on these bikes!

    I've changed out the contactors on the A packs before so I can help you. However, I must say that in the case of Oded's contactor failure I couldn't see anything wrong with the part upon DPA (Destructive Physical Analysis).

    You'll never get that one group to balance the others without individually (separately) bringing the low P-group to within about .005v of the others. It's easy to do, just connect a 4 volt charger across those cells and watch the voltage carefully.

    That connector is on all the Altas I believe, however, it's dead (no voltage). Did you install some firmware that enabled the voltage and/or install the light switch harness to the ACM as well, correct?
