"Action Needed: Secure Your VARG EX Delivery Date"

Stark delivery schedules remain a dark art. With their mixed system of dealers and direct to customer it's hard to understand how to get the bike at the earliest. They have to serve both customers and dealers orders plus progressively stock dealers. They have great success but remain a growing...

    New software update firmware 1.0.185 (416) 2/8/2025

Great tip, very detailed info, shouldn't be that hard to put them on Stark website.

    Strix Evolution

You're right, it could be something like 20% to 80%. Anyway until it's released and tested in the real world it's just a manufacturer's claim.

3D printing titanium components at Stark Future

They've already experimented with the Ti frame This is super interesting, and possibly the future. As he mentions, right now they could produce more Ti parts, technically it's doable, the issues are cost and output. For limited series of small items like 200€ Ti footpegs it's ok but I can't...

    Varg production numbers / VIN

My guess is that their production capacity is about 1000 bikes a month, including both Varg MX and EX. Of course with EX being a new model, no stock at the dealers, sold out for the next few months and with a much bigger market, I would assume they make much more EX than MX at the moment. They...

    Varg production numbers / VIN

Thanks for the vid. 300 workers, 150 on the office side including 85 dedicated to R&D. As you said 1h to build a bike, new bike every 10 min, so in one 8h shift that would be 42 bikes completed, about 1000 bikes a month for one shift, one line, 5 days a week. No idea how many shifts or...

"Action Needed: Secure Your VARG EX Delivery Date"

Yeah, for Gary, paid in full 20th of December, gotta be in the very first batches, also delivery to south of France can't really get much closer than that. So if it's now slated for mid March I would assume no February deliveries.

    Varg production numbers / VIN

Ah ok thanks, that's from 1 year ago. I think they had this production capacity, but that doesn't mean they were making as much on average. As far as I can tell, they went from about VIN 3000 to VIN 10000 in 2024 so that would average to 600-700 bikes made per month. I have no doubt now that...

    Varg production numbers / VIN

Interesting, I think they averaged about 700/month in 2024, that would be doubled. Do you have a link for that?

    Varg production numbers / VIN

In production now but delivered in the UK in 2 months? That seems an awful lot. Unless they're waiting on some parts maybe?

Kehoe Racing is racing two Stark Vargs in the US!

So this series has nothing to do with the AMA ? It would be interesting to see the length of races and if you can understand more or less how much battery they have left in the end.

Karlsson got 4th overall (3rd Superpole then 2nd, 6th and 5th) in FIM Superenduro round 4. Interesting bit on Enduro21: "note the FIM have relaxed their restrictions on the Varg slightly with each round and they again took some weight off the bikes this weekend" FIM can decide to change...

That's bad, did you try to push your luck a bit, double check with them that paying in full early-mid January really pushes delivery back to April?

Motocrossity in a shopping center in Madrid

I think it's great, it's for people of all age to discover motocross, get a first taste, an appetizer. Seasoned riders would not go there, or just maybe to get their father, girlfriend or cousin discover motocross. Just like you don't see hardcore racers at your $40/10 min rental go kart tracks...

Anton Wass on Pulp, starts at 2h22min (some weird editing cuts sometimes) https://www.youtube.com/live/kYQqFa7TbsU?feature=shared Some infos I got out of this: Most dealers have sold out the EX allocation they got, first deliveries still scheduled in February for Europe and March for the US...
