    Power Upgrade on the Varg

Interesting news, they did originally say that you could upgrade later, but this is the first I’ve seen of that promise coming true.

Stark California registration possible with purchasing out of state but with an MCO ?

I was told recently by Stark that the California registration problem is that Stark is still not an option on their drop down list of manufacturers. Some states have an option for "other," but no such option in California. So I'm not sure, but I would think that if you buy it now in another...

Maine - Any roadblocks or smooth sailing?

Many of us ordered before there were any dealers, and before a $1k price increase. For US orders, you must go through a dealer, so there is no advantage to ordering on the Stark website. You can use the website to find the closest dealers, and call them to see if you can get any discount and/or...

    Rekluse Hand Brake

That boat was leaving Baltimore, but actually I have concerns that a lot of boat traffic originally destined for the Baltimore port is gonna clog up the NY port(s).

    Rekluse Hand Brake

Totally agree! I have all the stuff to do this to my Varg when I finally receive it. I am told mine is currently on a boat from Spain to NY.

    Maximum Scramble Range

That's a respectable range; 31 miles and still 19% left. Thanks for sharing!

    Rekluse Hand Brake

Yes, that adapter, and a hose and a master cylinder will do it. The Rekluse kit is nice for an ICE bike with a clutch lever, because you can adjust the position of the master, but Clake has solutions for that as well. Shipping on the Clake adapter alone doubles the price, probably makes sense...

Maine - Any roadblocks or smooth sailing?

I'm not a mx guy, but I am of the opinion that there are more/better choices of tires in 18", at least for single track style riding...

    Rekluse Hand Brake

This one is for KTM/Brembo, they use a stock photo, but it's the right part number RMS-5300002. https://www.ebay.com/itm/386448405582?mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&customid=link&campid=5338344719&toolid=20001&mkevt=1

You could just remove the ’added stuff’ before perusing a warranty claim.

    Goodbye pre-order pricing (March 31)

I guess there should be an announcement from Stark about this, since they are so great about communication...

    Stark Frankenstein kickstand fix

This is a great solution, thanks for the fotos! Just out of curiosity do you know how many degrees the bike was leaning before the modification?

General Surron Ultra Bee Best Set Up & Tires Options On Stock 19" Rims?

Myself and many others have put a used Honda CRF 21" wheel on the front, and there are a lot of choices of 19" for the rear. I have a Tusk T35 100/90-19 on the back, but I would recommend finding a softer/gummier rear tire. Of course that depends on where you ride. Any Honda CRF front wheel will...

    anyone else get email?

I suggest you call the dealer instead of waiting, even though Stark has made us incredibly good at waiting... Once the order is actually assigned to the dealer, it will show up as "Cancelled" on stark's website. There is plenty of waiting for your dealer to receive your payment, and more waiting...

    Stark Frankenstein kickstand fix

You should definitely contact Stark, because according to this February 5 email from them, they will be replacing the bracket, in which case, you will need a new stand as well. 1) I have read that the original footpegs had many breakage failures, and that there is a new stronger design. Is this...

how to put the bike on a stand without help from others

Yes, like Mike said, get one of those stands where you step on a leveraged pedal to raise the bike. And you can take the charger out of the Stark stand and put it in a plastic case like many have done.
