If the fuse wire's aluminum, I've had the same problem. There's at least one guy at Endless Sphere who's successfully using soldered copper fuse wire (thread).

Just fwiw, as of 11/24/18 Warp 9 sold complete Alta rear wheels with spacers, and complete Alta front wheels without spacers.

The only weight I could find online for this bike was several years old (397 lbs). Hopefully they've trimmed it a bit. :)

Jumpering the light on/off switch with a resistor or series diode string would turn it into a hi/lo beam switch (larger-value resistor or more diodes = less lo-beam brightness).
