Well I would say that is HUGE! Lol. The KTM/Husky triples swap is easy peasy. You do end up with a slightly different offset, and its not adjustable like the Alta, but I think the trade off of getting the SSS forks makes all that a non-issue.

If you used the bolt on KTM ‘13-‘15 triples I wonder if you could avoid modifying the spacers, caliper brackets, bolts, etc when installing the KYB SSS forks on the Alta? Conversely, I wonder if the Yamaha triples would bolt onto the Alta headstock, then use everything from the SSS forks setup...

That is interesting. I find the regen on my '18 MXR, map 2 & 3 is like dropping a boat anchor. If I roll off the throttle going down hill and let the bike "coast" it will slowly slow down until it stops. Doesn't feel like I'm getting much charge sent back to the battery since I can't let it stay...
