@FYR for what year EXC are your wheels? I will contact them monday. The KTM front discs are the same size and are interchangeble with Beta and Stark (on both i have used KTM discs in the past). When i offset the wheel 2mm they slide perfect in the brake caliper. Anyhow the thickness is the same...

Yeah this is why i'm so surprised. I know KTM used different axle thickness and spacers, but with the proper spacers all wheels fitted al bikes. That this has a different offset for the brake disc is puzzling. Maybe a mistake at the aftermarket supplier...

No all Starks have an "endless" chain. Less work to install in the factory and leas to go wrong. I install a masterlink on every bike though. Ik would however take tools to pull the rear axle though. That way you can take the endless chain off and if by some miracle (or the bike was never...

As far as i knew all KTM wheels should fit these bikes. The KTM wheels i had lying about all fitted. However i now have ordered a 17' front wheel, with KTM spacers also perfect in centre, however the brake disc is 2mm too far outwards... Have i been stupid and missed there are 2 kinds of KTM...

Did you leave the subframe of the 450fc or did you weigh the Charger with the Stark? The 450 is 104kg without fuel. The Stark 118kg (wich i know is true) 14kg gap - +-6kg fuel is 8kg gap or 17lbs gap...
