The power button (the red one) is effectively the kill switch. As soon as you press it the bike goes into "neutral" and won't respond to throttle - this is displayed clearly on the LED. Stark said the bike is going back to Spain for analysis so hopefully they will be able to determine what happened. I have seen it take repeated hard hits in testing so I think it is probably not a design issue but we will see what the analysis points to.

Ohhhh, now I see from the photos. That 8.2A cannot possibly be measured AC current. The charger does not send AC line voltage or current to CAN bus. Therefore, the bike/phone has no way of knowing if the charger is plugged into 110V or 220V or even what the AC current is. The 8.5A to 8.2A is...

I wasn't involved with homologation. I don't think there is an engine number stamped anywhere on the motor/inverter assembly, but I could be wrong.

The max 10 amps on the phone is battery current, not AC current going into the charger. Below 330V (battery) the charger can deliver 10A. Above 330V the current will be less than 10A because 3.3kW is the limit. The max current on the app was just a quick way to not overload the generator. Does...

I don't know if an enduro kit for the Varg is planned. From an electrical perspective there is not an issue. What I am not sure about is the mechanical perspective -- the physical mount points for the lights and other hardware, what needs to be done with the plastics, etc.

A sur-ron horn is a small horn (about 100 to 105dB) that draws 1.5A at 12V. You could jerry rig a horn onto a Varg or Alta. The question is if you want a horn enough to jerry rig it.

How close to the handlebar grip did you mount your power/map button assembly? If there is enough space a horn button might fit there nicely. Then, as stated before, a sur-ron horn could work.
