I really recommend putting a tile tracker on your bike. You can hide it pretty easily. It will update the location every 5 ish minutes so so have a chance of tracking down your bike.

You guys got me thinking - my Alta is a 2019 EXR - 1585 miles / 108 hours - so average speed 14.7 mph. Mine is licensed so I ride it on the street 1/2 the time so probably makes average speed higher. I wonder what Bryan’s average speed is - he a a pretty quick rider but all riding on mx tracks?

That’s a great idea - might suggest some industrial Velcro with adhesive backing to attach to the side plate. If you get the right stuff it’s really hard to pull apart.

That is very well done. Sort of like the Alta gearing arrangement but much more compact. it would be awesome to have a universal version where the final bolt points could be drilled for different frames. what are you thinking it will sell for.
