That error can be pretty hard to fix (its an internal battery issue). You can download MT off of the forum and get one the can dongles.

Code 36 = possible wirebond failure within the battery pack. With the bike sitting in shipping for 2 months, it could be due to also pack imbalance. If you have Multitool (diagnostic software, that might show some more insight on the issue)

You will hear a lot more noises compared to normal dirt bikes. Without the ICE engine you will pick up on chain noise, chain slap, cogging and a "darth vader" type noise which is the switching noise coming from the inverter. All are normal. EVs are the best!

Elcon may be able to provide the correct programming for the charger/charger itself but you also need to have the correct charging connector, which Alta had a another supplier provide.

Based on what I see in the picture those tiny wires could be for current sensing/balancing. (The silkscreen on the PCBA does say CELL #) so it could possibly be for that.
