Anker does. But not in the UPS mode. In the UPS mode it is only 110V.

One fully charged Stark plus one full charge out of Anker = two full charges to use at the track. I used to bring two fully charged Altas to the track. That was enough riding for me.

It's worth saying, the clicks are counted as the "number of full clicks out". Screw the clicker adjuster all the way in without forcing it. Then back out until you hear a click. Do not count this click, this is your "click zero". I count only FULL CLICKS from there on.

If you search for Code 33 in post content in here, a few threads will pop up. I read through several of them. It has something to do with isolation and a wrong resistance. No one single solution though. Do you have any symptoms/problems with the bike other than the code itself?
