Few more questions - Whats the model of the bike? Is this an EXR or MXR? Is the ground wire attached to the dccp? Also is this the first time using the rapid charger? Are you able to charge under 110V or 220V?

That should have been done by the dealer. But looks like now potentially some one in Texas may have to provide some support. Ideally getting it on Multi tool (Altas diagnostic system) will give a better idea to why the pack is throwing this state error.

@Dirt-E its Dow Corning 340 thermal paste. Ideally you want to use a thick bead to re apply on to the bottom cover of butyl.

Which Alta do you have? An R pack or an A pack? Also has the bike ever been firmware updated?

Interesting, this is weird. Based on NHTSA info, the K identifier (K = 2019) looks like it was never properly registered into the NHTSA Database, which makes no sense since we were selling plenty of 2019 EXRs to the whole USA Market. Being that its an early EXR, could have been misinterpreted...

Did you properly scribe the VIN? Some times the DMVs in the USA get confused that we built the bike in Brisbane, CA on the WMI identifier (which is VIN Position 11) and they think it was built in Brisbane, Australia (I had to clarify this with the CHP and DMV here in CA) Also is the VECI label...

Thats a one way vent if I recall for any thermal events. That helps with any moisture. The tar-like seal is butyl. My only concern is some how the one-way vent has failed.

So try pressing on the input shaft point and the cover of the target magnet (fyi put the cover back on the target magnet so no debris lands there). The o-rings plus the input shaft nestled in there is causing it to get stuck...

Well, sans my input it seems (@snydes and @OneLapper can also probably provide data inputs), So far manually balancing an already "leaky" cell does not work as effective due to the cell already having some charge/discharge cycles. The BMS can only do so much on the balancing circuit side...

Whats the repair? If its not a wirebond, its not going to work. The BCU can balance within +/- 2mV. I usually go bit high on the module being re-installed as the voltage sag brings it within range.
