Yeah, as fsfs said, i believe the charger-to-bike cable is different than our Altas. The charger unit itself can output up to 440VDC 10A if the bike requests it.

The rapid charger is a Elcon 3.3kW UHF Canbus charger model H440-10. If its pulling anywhere near 5kW, something is not right. The maximum input is 265v at 16A = 4240watts. At 240v 16A the maximum input power is 3840 watts. This is why I recommended a generator with no less than 240v 4000watts...

I'm kind of a purest when it comes to bike colors. Kawi is green. Yami is blue, etc. Stark revealed the bike in the deep red and, to me, that's their image and that's what i went with. The white and grey seem like accessory colors to me, much like how you can purchase grey, white, or black...

Welp, i went to charge my bike today after rebuilding the suspension. When i plug in the charger, the contactors clicks on and then click off a second later, and charge code 112 posts on the display. Ive tried both my standard and rapid chargers on different power sources and the same behavior...

Great assessment! Where was that 38" seat height measured to? Straight vertical line through the footpegs? The Alta seat height is a touch lower than modern gas bikes. I can flat foot both boots on the ground on my Alta, but not on my 450.

Check out the new Bridgestone X31. Its fricken awesome. Better than the Dunlop MX33 and MX3S in my opinion. My new favorite tire for the conditions i ride here in SoCal.
