I sent my EXR mask to Decal Works to make a preprint and when they recieved it, they told me its a Polisport part and they already have the dimensions. My guess is that one isnt DOT approved, but I dont have a problem with that, I just want better lighting.

I asked my tech why LED headlight isn’t oem, and he said finding a DOT certified bulb is near impossible. The liabilities for a manufacturer are probably huge, making them cost prohibitive.

It appeared to be the same. I didnt have any interest in not having a protective case, so didnt really give it much of a look. Maybe the case it was in got broken and they took it out? Although the case seems pretty durable.

When i bought my EXR rapid charger, for whatever reason my dealer offered me a charger with or without a case. I didnt pay much attention to it out of the case, but i recall it being significantly smaller without the plastic case.

Got a good ride in this evening, and my throttle problem is not solved. The first time I turned it forward beyond the stop it shut off all power, but didnt show inverter fault on the display. Now it shows on the display everytime like before.

Yes rolling computer is very true. Tonight I rode it and everything is fine except when toggling the headlight from low to high, it shuts the taillight off until resetting the ignition. NRC was very helpful and responsive today, so hopefully they have an answer for this too.

You can remove the entire throttle housing/tube as one. Theres a third non security screw underneath that when loosened the assembly can be slid off.

I just removed my rear brake pedal to clean out the toothpaste, add a Fasstco spring, and some cleats to the tip. I have the pedal, steel sleeve with Orings, and the bolt. Is there another bushing that should be inside of the sleeve? In other words, I have an M8 bolt going into a 12mm hole...

I tack welded a couple nuts to the NRC underfender, and use a couple thumb bolts for quick removal of the plate and bracket.
