    Do 2019's really exist?

Uhhh the 2018 to 2019 MXRs had a few changes to the VIN structure and also small changes to the internals of the bulkhead and cooling system. I hate when people play telephone and dont know diddly squat.

    My Output Shaft Snapped.

Unlike a Zero, removing the motor isnt persay needed. And doesnt need rebalancing (Fukuta took care of that..:) )

    My Output Shaft Snapped.

Your probably gonna want these as well since the O-rings were "custom" https://www.mcmaster.com/9452K74/ Bearings are all press fit..so if you got a hydraulic or arbor press - your set.

    My Output Shaft Snapped.

Yep. Its not fun. Requires removing the motor and then un-pressing the shaft out (as seen with an old MI we used)

    Weird noise/roughness at low power??

    Weird noise/roughness at low power??

Any video would help, also mileage of the bike is ideal. I personally have never pulled the motor bearing, and unless the bikes have gone through quite a bit of wear, should be pretty reliable. (Though i would be suspect of Marks replacements since those bikes have probably gone through alot)

    BCU board needed ?

So based on the VIN vintage it looks like it definitely left with a BCU that was from a not great vendor.

    BCU board needed ?

Id be really curious to know the VINs of these bikes. Also furthermore your statement of "quality" is also interesting. We went through different PCBA vendors at Alta who had "issues" with performing quality work. Not only that there has been an ongoing process of fixing top covers (BCUs)...
