Have you already done all of these steps?

"To activate your Stark Varg account, you need to: download the Stark Future app, turn on your Stark Varg bike, then log in to the app using the email and password associated with your bike's purchase, and pair your phone with the bike by selecting the correct VIN number within the app; essentially, you need to create an account on the Stark Future website and then link it to your bike through the app while the bike is powered on.

Key steps:
  • Create an account: Go to the Stark Future website and create an account using your email address.

  • Download the app: Download the Stark Future app on your smartphone.

  • Turn on your bike: Power on your Stark Varg bike.

  • Log in to the app: Open the app and log in with your account credentials.

  • Pair with your bike: Select the correct VIN number for your bike within the app to pair it. "
Make sure to also have a solid internet connection and that the phone has been Bluetooth enabled.

Update,

Battery number 3 now in bike. Bike running well.

I am getting a small squealing noise when the motor gets hot under load after about 50mins of riding, im not going to look into this, im a combustion engine rider by heart and the silence when riding still messes my head a bit so i think its me hearing things.

Back and fourth emails with UK country manager and had no luck with part ex or even any good will gestures.

Local dealer to me has said he would part ex the bike but is offering peanuts for it so iv had to advertise the bike privately.

Im due to deliver my bike tomorrow to a potential buyer, iv paid for a deposit on a new varg E today.

Paid £11k for my original Varg
Sold for £9500
lost £1500
New bike is £12,290
with all the problems iv encountered over the last year its cost me £2790 to own the bike, sell it and buy a new one.

Very frustrating but i just really really enjoy riding it and now i have a varg Enduro on order it means ill get alot more use out of it , going to work and green laning in the winter.
Wow you did way better than you would have on an ICE KTM!!!:ROFLMAO:

Issues I had issues with delivery after paying in full they could not tell me when i would get my bike cancelled the order
later I went to my local dealer and picked one up
I have had no powertrain issues so far
I have had charging issues / software issues / button issues
and that stupid phone is as popular as my gfs phone how far can i throw it,
bike has shut down push it a mile home or bike goes into limp mode same thing
The bike absolutely rips though
The tyres wheels are junk who runs stock tyres anyway
The battery charge is way too small and the bike is way too heavy
They say you will be worn out before the battery is dead
I would need two batterys that means 2 bikes for that to happen
I even told the bike shop i will buy another straight away if the bikes any good
Unfortunately it is not.

Ya that doesn't sound great. The buttons and tire tubes are known issues. The Pirelli tires were not nearly as bad as I expected and I am continuing to use them until they are worn out. IRC JX8s will be my replacement for the kind of riding I do.

My bike previous to the Stark was a 2020 KTM 300 2T that I like (I still own it), but the Varg is much better for me at least. The phone hasn't been a problem for me except when I first got it and didn't make sure that is was fully clipped in and it flew out onto the trail and was a real bitch to find since I didn't notice is was gone till I was a ways down the trail (won't do that again).

The Varg is heavier than say the yz450f but not by that much especially if you remove some stuff like the kickstand and any other misc stuff you might not need. Batteries are not that easily swappable on the Varg as far as I know. I have found battery life to be pretty good but I am using my bike for hard enduro and slower gnarl --moto may be different.

There have been some defective batteries --are your charging issues with the battery or with the charger? Stark has been pretty good about replacing parts and warranty, though like with everything some folks have had poor experiences.
