My stock EX 12/48 reach 137kmh... then my friend change his front sprocket to a 14 with the 48 stock rear, we did a test and when my speedometer marked 100 his marked 80, but we were going at the same speed, then we went to maximum speed, I reached 137km/h and he overtook me relatively quickly, doing quick math the calculation gave me 155kmh in the conversion... then a few days later i change my front to the same 14 and my speedometer still stops at 137 but with no doubt i feel more speed and more wind force... with 21/18 wheels it definitely reach 155 but i dont know if the SM can reach that with 14/47 and 17 wheels... maybe they reprogramed the ECU a bit...
and i want to clarify that im not sure if the SM has a 14/47 gearing, i say this because the information that appears on the Stark website in the supermoto model section says that, but it seems to me that it is a copy of the MX model.
Analyzing the images I've seen of the SM, the rear sprocket looks quite large. It's very possible that it's a 47. It doesn't seem to be a 45, 44, or 42. Those sizes look quite a bit smaller at first glance.
